Hot towels, certain essential oils, and gua sha are all available upon request at no charge. Please call if you are interested in booking a couples or 4 handed service. We are also willing to go mobile and bring your service right to you! Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION:
Appointments canceled with less than one hour notice may be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
In the interest of being fair, if I cancel on you with less than 1 hour's notice, enjoy your next service 50% off
NO SHOW:
Clients who do not contact HYH Wellness and do not arrive to receive their scheduled service may be charged 100% of the cost of scheduled service, as well as a 15% gratuity.
Clients who do not arrive within 15 minutes following the scheduled start time of their appointment will be considered "no shows" and may be charged 100% the cost of scheduled service, as well as a 15% gratuity. After 15 minutes, it is up to your providers discretion as to whether or not you receive your scheduled service and it may be less than the scheduled length of Service.
We realize this may be inconvenient, and we reserve the right to have leniency with this policy. Most first-time offenders will be overlooked and encouraged to rebook. Repeat offenders will be less likely to receive the same courtesy.
We want to provide our services to as many people as possible while respecting our clients as well as our own time. Please notify HYH Wellness if plans change, cause plans change.
